• • Server infrastructure – basic level of support;
  • Network support (Besigheim – 3COM\HP and Aurach – Cisco);
  • Shop Floor Control systems – this is potential development\project for the future employee;
  • Printing devices in office\production support\installation;
  • 1^st level support of Sales office of Pasabahce Germany, Dusseldorf;
  • Software and hardware inventory – project for development and improvement;
  • Data archiving process in Besigheim and Aurach;
  • Installation of different software for end users;
  • 1^st level End user support and later – 2^nd level.
